Baby Headband

I am currently offering 2 styles of baby headbands and 4 interchageable bows. The bows are all on fully lined alligator clips and will work in baby's hair without the headband as well. If you are interested in the lace headband, I must have a measurement of baby's head circumference. The crocheted headbands are a standard 13" unstretched (this is big enough to fit around my head when stretched).

Planning to use these as interchangeable clips onto a baby headband

Too much?

maybe, but I think it's adorable, and I'll bet that Miss VP does as well when she sees it in the morning.

Yellow and Purple

So, after a trip to the local consignment sale, I've decided that my daughter Megan will be the VP of Marketing for this bow business. Here's how the conversation went:
Random Nice Lady (to Megan),"OOh, aren't you cute, I love your beautiful bow!"
Megan, "Thankyou, my mommy made it. She made these socks, too, see!" (Lifting up her little foot so that the lady could more easily see the pink ruffled socks she was sporting today.
I love that little girl!

Bows in Action

So, I've gone back through my pictures to find some "bows in action". I think that bows are much cuter when they are on a head, so, here you go! some bows on heads ;)

Can you handle more?

Made this bow, despite the fact that Megan doesn't wear much green (or blue really). But, go figure, we have 3 outfits that this will match! So ofcourse we had to have M2M socks! These socks have the green ribbon underneath, which is fun, although you can't see it much.

More cuteness!

The color is weird on this one (that's what I get for taking pictures at night) but these are lavendar socks, with a purple floral ribbon. The bow is that same purple ribbon with another coordinating purple ribbon. These are fun because the ribbon is wired, so you have a bit more control over the ruffles.
(why won't my computer let me add another picture to this post?!?!?!)

Bows and Matching Socks

Going to try to get some pictures up of the bows and matching socks I've been working on. These are my first attempts, and I will admit that there is a bit of a learning curve, hopefully I will continue to improve.Very first try at ruffled socks. I used a polka dot narrow ribbon that I happened to have a lot of (just in case it didn't go well) I think they turned out pretty cute.I LOVE these pink ruffled socks! The ruffle is quite wide, but who needs sublty in their ruffles?!

Bows

I've been making bows for my daughter since her hair was thick enough to hold them in. Store bought bows are way too expensive for this SAHM and frankly, I've not found many bows that I "loved" in a store anyway! I'm hoping to begin selling my bows, so that you too can have beautiful, boutique style bows at a fraction of the price!
